Make the most of any conference call.  We can help you plan for your conference, confirm attendance, record and publish content, and much more. We offer a wide range of enhancements that surround your conference experience with services that can help you get more mileage from important events.

Pre-Conference Services - Maximize effectiveness and participation in your meeting.

 

      Confirmation Services - Make sure that all who should be attending the conference have it marked on their calendar. Choose from E-mail or fax notification.

 o   RSVP line - Allows your participants to call to register for the conference meeting. You can brand the line and/or customize the information that you request that participants provide. This line is available for either Audio or Video Conferences.

 
Post-Conference Services - Extend the shelf life of your conference. Record your conference and let us edit and archive it for you on the media of your choice

 

      Conference Recording is provided via DTP, MP3, CD, WAV, or cassette tape.  For video services, customers may receive a VHS or DVD copy of the meeting.

      Digital Tape Playback allows users to have many callers simultaneously dial a single phone number at any time to listen (and respond) to a digitally recorded conference or message. This service includes forward, rewinding and pausing features.

        Transcription Services - Memorialize the content of key conferences and events. Our transcription services provide a record of the content of an entire conference in written format via paper or electronically on a disk.

      Translation Services - Share a transcript of a conference dialog with business partners and colleagues from around the world. We have services that can transcribe content into the local language text of your choice. Our translation services are available for meetings over any media in 140 languages, 24X7.
