Web Conferencing - WebDialogs

The WebDialogs web Conferencing service offered by the Conference Center enables you to share presentations, documents, web content and applications online in real time. A simple tool for effective web conferencing, WebDialogs is available only with the 24x7 Reservationless audio service.

WebDialogs service provides the necessary functionality for any forum, whether a presentation or an interactive meeting.

• Document Viewing allows you to access any document from your desktop for viewing with participants
• Application Sharing allows you to reveal any application on your desktop for collaboration with participants (e.g. specialized software, electronic documents or financial spreadsheets)
• Remote Control features enable the host to let others take charge of the meeting. Don't worry, the host can regain control any time he/she wishes
• A Pointer tool enables you to highlight major points being shared
• Chat (host or participant initiated) enables participant to get your attention without interrupting the conference flow
